Construction workers jumped across rooftops of houses in Montebello, California, after ICE agents swarmed a construction site on Jan. 14.
Eddie Huerta, who had video of the operation, said ICE agents pulled up to the house while workers was getting ready to have lunch.
No one was detained at the scene, which was among at least 20 reported operations across the Los Angeles area on Wednesday.
