A veteran ICU nurse has sparked a viral conversation after claiming that patients consistently predict their own deaths through a “spiritual shift.” In a TikTok video, @kirstierobbb shared that despite stable vitals, patients often declare their impending passing. “They say…’Can you please tell my family I love them? I don’t feel good. I know I’m gonna die,’” she shared.

The nurse noted that medical intervention often fails once this internal transition occurs. She urged viewers to prioritize life’s deeper meaning over material pursuits. “The minute that that inner shift happens where the spirit is crying out and telling the person, ‘you have one more chance, this is your last opportunity,’ they always die,” she stated while becoming visibly emotional.
