Husband of influencer threatens lawsuit against Eric Swalwell, claims he once sent his wife unsolicited n*des and showed up at her home.

Adam Parkhomenko’s wife, Ally Sammarco, says Swalwell would go on runs in her neighborhood and tell her to come downstairs.

She also says Swalwell would send her inappropriate messages and photos on Snapchat.

Sammarco’s husband is threatening a lawsuit against Swalwell if he makes a single statement that disparages his wife.

“But if Eric Swalwell or his attorney makes a single statement that disparages my wife, I will be filing a lawsuit against him,” Parkhomenko said.

“I’ve already made clear that if he believes anything I’ve said is untrue, he should sue me immediately.”
