Security guards seen walking around and talking on the phone just feet from Epstein’s cell instead of making mandatory rounds, in newly released footage.
Officers Tova Noel & Michael Thomas are seen at 315 walking & using a phone instead of conducting required rounds.
The guards appeared to ignore a bright orange warning that told them to check on Epstein every 30 minutes, considering he was on su*cide watch.
“Manadatory rounds must be conducted every 30 minutes on Epstein, as per God!!!” a note read.
The video released by the New York Post comes shortly after it was revealed that one of the guards, Tova Noel, had made a “mysterious” $5,000 cash deposit 10 days before Epstein’s death.
Noel was previously accused of falsifying records. Her charges were later dropped.
