After weeks of speculation, fresh reports suggest that Oracle has begun a fresh round of layoffs, and this time the impact is being felt across teams, including in India.
QOracle employees on several social media sites, including Blind, on Tuesday said that many of their coworkers woke up to early morning emails, some as early as 6 AM, informing them that their positions had been eliminated with immediate effect. The layoffs are reportedly affected parts of Oracle’s computing business in several regions, including India and Mexico.
