US President Donald Trump has warned Cuba to “make a deal” or face consequences, declaring an end to Venezuelan oil and financial support to the island. In a Truth Social post, Trump said, “THERE WILL BE NO MORE OIL OR MONEY GOING TO CUBA – ZERO!” Cuba’s foreign minister rejected the threat, insisting the country has the right to import fuel “without interference,” as fuel shortages worsen following US tanker seizures.
