Two explosions hit Iran today.
One was in Bandar Abbas, right by the IRGC Navy HQ. 6 dead, more than a dozen injured. An apartment building lost two floors. A child was killed. Iran says it wasn’t a military or drone attack.
Another blast happened in Khuzestan, reportedly a gas explosion at a residential complex, killing five more.
All this as tensions are already sky-high, U.S. carrier nearby, Iran planning live-fire drills in the Strait of Hormuz.
Officials are downplaying it, but the timing is doing them zero favors. Nothing about this feels calm or accidental.
