Newly released US Justice Department documents suggest that Jeffrey Epstein may have had a secret child. An email from former Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, congratulated the convicted paedophile on the birth of a “baby boy” after his 2011 prison release. Ferguson offered Epstein “love, friendship and congratulations,” reportedly after learning of the birth from her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
The documents form part of three million files recently made public, including 180,000 images and 2,000 videos.
In separate files, a woman claimed she gave birth to a daughter around 2002 at age 16 or 17, only to have the baby taken from her minutes after delivery. She alleged that Ghislaine Maxwell was present and described the child as “beautiful,” expressing anguish at losing her.
While Epstein never acknowledged fathering any children, over 100 people have claimed to be his offspring, and genealogists have warned he may even have grandchildren.
