Researcher claims Egyptian pyramids may be 12,000 years old…argues they were not built by fourth Dynasty Pharaohs

NEW: The Egyptian pyramids were built by an advanced civilization thousands of years earlier than previously thought, according to a new report.

The claims are similar to those discussed by author Tim Alberino on Michael Knowles’ show last year. (video below)

Researcher from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, António Ambrósio, believes the pyramids are up to 12,000 years old.

Ambrósio also noted that the Great Sphinx of Giza shows signs of water erosion from heavy rain, which hasn’t happened in the area since 5000 to 3000 BC.

The point suggests that the site was already ancient at the dawn of Egyptian civilization in 3100 BC.

“The pyramids of Giza were not built by the pharaohs of the Fourth Dynasty, but rather appropriated by them,” Ambrósio said in his paper.

“Subsequent pyramids (and earlier ones, according to the conventional timeline) would represent imperfect attempts to imitate preexisting structures.”

Ambrósio also noted that there are other megastructures, similar to the Great Pyramids, across the globe, which might suggest that the same civilization was sharing these building techniques with other cultures.
