Christian leaders condemn anti-ICE protest at Minnesota church as DOJ investigates

The U.S. Department of Justice has launched a civil rights investigation after anti-ICE agitators disrupted a church service in St. Paul, Minnesota, prompting condemnation from Christian leaders and swift responses from President Donald Trump’s administration, according to Fox News.

The incident, which occurred during a Sunday service at Cities Church, involved protesters shouting at congregants and was filmed by former CNN host Don Lemon. White House Faith Office adviser Paula White said, “We condemn the actions of Don Lemon and the group of activists who stormed Cities Church today in St. Paul, Minnesota, in clear violation of the FACE Act,” while Attorney General Pam Bondi vowed prosecution, stating, “Attacks against law enforcement and the intimidation of Christians are being met with the full force of federal law.”
