JUST IN: The man who was shot in Minneapolis by Border Patrol agents has died, according to Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara.
According to DHS, the man was armed with a gun.

According to DHS, the man was armed with a gun.
The following footage has been slowed down and stabilized. Border Patrol agents could be seen trying to pin the man down before a shot was fired.
The agents then appeared to scatter and fire on the man.
