A 51-year-old Oviedo man was arrested after being caught on video performing a sex act with a vacuum cleaner outside a Kissimmee residence, with additional complaints of public nudity at the location.
An Oviedo man was arrested this week after witnesses caught him engaging in a sex act with a vacuum cleaner outside a Kissimmee residence, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. Kevin Dale Westerhold, 51, was taken into custody Tuesday near his Oviedo home and faces a charge of exposure of sexual organs. Deputies responded to Grassendale Street in Windsor Hills Resort on January 22 after reports of indecent exposure.
Investigators said victims provided a statement and cell phone recording showing a partially clothed male performing a sexual act with a vacuum cleaner in front of a residence. However, the suspect had left before deputies arrived. Further investigation revealed Westerhold and his wife were listed as hosts of an Airbnb at Windsor Hills Resort, where additional complaints had been filed.
Deputies said a complaint about a man walking nude in a shared hallway had been reported the day before, with Ring camera footage provided to investigators. “The investigating deputy canvassed the area on Almaton Loop and spoke with other residents that provided statements of similar behavior by the suspect,” the release states. Multiple incidents were reported to the HOA in December, with Blink video showing the suspect appearing partially clothed or nude in residential hallways.
