A sanitation worker in Huber Heights, Ohio, unknowingly helped police capture 27-year-old Jonathan McMillan nicknamed “Oscar the Grouch”after he hid in a trash can while fleeing a traffic stop, leading to his arrest on obstruction and resisting charges as well as an outstanding Miami County warrant.
