A professional cornhole player and quadruple amputee has been arrested after allegedly shooting an acquaintance during an argument and driving off with the victim’s body in Maryland.
A quadruple amputee and professional cornhole player, Dayton James Webber, has been accused of fatally shooting an acquaintance during an argument while driving in Maryland.
Authorities said the incident occurred Sunday night during a car ride when Webber allegedly shot front-seat passenger Bradrick Michael Wells. Two other passengers fled the vehicle after the confrontation escalated, according to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office.
Police said Wells’ body was later discovered in a yard in Charlotte Hall, where he was pronounced dead. Webber’s Tesla was traced to Charlottesville, Virginia, where he was arrested after seeking treatment at a hospital.
Officers from the Albemarle County Police Department detained him as a fugitive, and he is expected to face first- and second-degree murder charges upon extradition to Maryland.
