“I found this note she wrote to her sister from prison back in October that hints at what Maxwell has,” Brown noted. The message specifically warns that “one day the spigot will dry up.” Brown theorizes Maxwell is leveraging evidence against powerful figures, including Leon Black and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, to secure a reprieve from her 20-year sentence. With House Republicans open to testimony-for-clemency deals, Maxwell’s lawyer stated, “There’s a good chance and for good reason that she would get a pardon.”
