Iran has threatened to target all Emirati interests and treat the UAE as an extension of Israel if the country engages in “unwise” military or political cooperation.
The IRGC-affiliated Tasnim news agency has published a chilling warning from a military source regarding the UAE’s relationship with Israel. If the UAE becomes “a plaything of Israel” and takes any “unwise” action, Tehran claims all Emirati interests will be targeted.
“The UAE knows it is sitting in a very fragile glass house, and insecurity is absolute poison for it,” the source stated, emphasizing that Iranian restraint has its limits. Though “no official threat has so far been announced by the Emiratis,” the source warned that a wrong move would result in “a lesson they will never forget.” Iran further cautioned that if the UAE repeats past mistakes, they will “treat this Zionist nest as part of the Zionist regime,”leaving no facility safe from retaliation.
