Israeli airstrikes across southern Lebanon have intensified, with the health ministry reporting 39 deaths in a single day amid ongoing clashes with Hezbollah. In Saksakiyeh, a strike killed at least seven people, including a child. The IDF said it had been targeting Hezbollah and was “aware of reports regarding harm to uninvolved civilians”.
Lebanon’s ministry said the attack “resulted in an initial toll of seven martyrs, including a girl, and 15 wounded, including three children”. The military also claimed it struck “Hezbollah terrorists operating from within a structure used for military purposes”. Details remain under official review ongoing.
