Newly declassified Pentagon documents reveal a harrowing late 2025 encounter where mysterious glowing orange orbs swarmed a US military helicopter and subsequently “chased” scrambled fighter jets.
A senior US intelligence official was left “speechless” after encountering mysterious “orange orbs” during a late 2025 helicopter mission near a sensitive military facility. The chilling account was published Friday by the Pentagon within a newly declassified dump of UFO-related documents.
According to the official’s report, the crew was investigating a series of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) sightings when an oval-shaped object flew within 10 feet of their helicopter, split into two, and vanished. Moments later, the airspace was swarmed by countless glowing orbs. Four large, stationary orbs flared up right beside the rotor disk, forming a “T” formation before dimming away.
Fighter jets scrambled to intercept the anomalies but were completely outmaneuvered. The official recalled, “After landing, I briefly spoke with [the crew]– mostly to express thanks. We were virtually speechless after these observations.”
