Florida Man Pleads No Contest In Public Indecency Case
A 51-year-old Florida man was sentenced Monday after entering a no contest plea to indecent exposure, according to The Smoking Gun, citing court records.
Kevin Westerhold was originally charged with a felony over an incident earlier this year at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, but the charge was later reduced to a misdemeanor following plea negotiations with prosecutors.
Judge Juna Pulayya sentenced Westerhold to 12 months’ probation, a $271 fine, and ordered him to undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation within a month. His lawyer told the court in April that Westerhold had recently completed in-patient treatment. Westerhold, a former powerlifting champion, lives with his wife in Oviedo, about 35 miles from the resort.
