A male JPMorgan banker has filed a lawsuit alleging a senior female executive repeatedly drugged, sexually assaulted, and racially abused him while threatening his career if he refused her advances.
A New York lawsuit has accused JPMorgan Chase executive Lorna Hajdini of subjecting a junior male colleague to months of sexual assault, racial abuse, and career threats.
The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, alleges Hajdini coerced him into non-consensual acts, warning him repeatedly: “I f*ing own you! I will make you pay.”
Doe also claims she drugged him with Rohypnol before encounters and accessed his bank account without authorisation. After he filed a formal complaint, he alleges JPMorgan placed him on involuntary leave rather than investigating Hajdini.
JPMorgan denied the claims, stating: “Following an investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims.” Hajdini remains employed at the firm. Doe is seeking damages for lost earnings, emotional distress and reputational harm.
