Kuwait has confirmed a fresh Iranian strike on its power and water infrastructure, while Bahrain intercepted a heavy wave of aerial attacks targeting a US military base, marking a second consecutive day of direct military action in the Gulf.

Saturday’s strike sparked fires at two Kuwaiti facilities, injuring several firefighters and a worker, according to Sahara Reporters, citing Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity and Water. Kuwait International Airport suspended all flights amid the ongoing threat.
In Bahrain, air-raid sirens sounded five times since dawn as the Bahraini Army said it intercepted multiple Iranian drone strikes aimed at Sheikh Isa Air Base. Iran’s state media confirmed the base was targeted in retaliation for recent US strikes, claiming drones hit aircraft shelters, fuel tanks and bridges.
