A wave of account suspensions on X has sparked fierce debate after hundreds of users critical of Vice President JD Vance and the Trump administration’s Iran agreement reportedly disappeared from the platform.
Many affected accounts were described as pro-Israel voices, Jewish commentators, and Iranian dissidents who opposed the memorandum of understanding covering Iran’s nuclear program, sanctions relief, the Strait of Hormuz, and a Lebanon ceasefire. Several users said their suspensions followed posts criticizing Vance’s support for the deal.
