Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has claimed responsibility for the killing of a senior Hezbollah Radwan Force commander in Beirut, warning that no terrorist threatening Israel would be spared.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has claimed responsibility for the killing of a senior Hezbollah commander in Beirut, issuing a blunt warning to Israel’s enemies in the aftermath.
The strike, carried out on Wednesday, targeted the commander of Hezbollah’s Radwan Force — an elite unit within the Lebanese militant group. Netanyahu confirmed the operation in a video statement released by his office on Thursday.
His message was unambiguous: “I say to our enemies in the clearest possible terms: no terrorist is immune. Anyone who threatens the State of Israel will die because of his actions.”
The Israeli prime minister also confirmed the elimination of the Radwan commander directly, stating: “Last night, we eliminated, in the heart of Beirut, the commander of Hezbollah’s Radwan force.”
The strike marks another escalation in Israel’s ongoing campaign against Hezbollah leadership.
