The infant, believed to be less than a month old, was discovered on Sunday by a maintenance worker carrying out routine servicing in the festival’s camping area, according to CNN.
Michigan State Police said an autopsy has been completed, but investigators are still reviewing results to determine the cause of death. Authorities have not identified the baby’s gender or any person connected to the infant, and the case has not been classified as a homicide.
