No refunds for 15,000 fans after Candace Owens’ Australia tour cancelled

Thousands of Australian fans are officially out of luck after conservative commentator Candace Owens’s cancelled speaking tour collapsed into financial chaos.

According to The Guardian, more than 15,000 ticket holders are unlikely to receive refunds after promoter Rocksman entered liquidation with just 21 cents left in its bank account.

The tour was scrapped after the Australian government denied Owens a visa in 2024, arguing she had the “capacity to incite discord.” Australia’s High Court later backed that decision.

Ticket prices reportedly ranged from AUD$95 to AUD$1,500, with total sales estimated at over AUD$1.4 million. Owens herself also claims she lost hundreds of thousands in legal fees and unpaid loans tied to the failed tour.
