Retired US Navy Admiral Tim Gallaudet has claimed that unidentified aerial phenomena, commonly known as UFOs, may be controlled by a “higher-order non-human intelligence.”
Gallaudet, regarded as a prominent voice on the UAP phenomenon, said he had reviewed “data videos” showing mysterious craft moving rapidly between the ocean and the atmosphere.
According to him, the objects demonstrated capabilities beyond known human technology.
“I know we are aware of higher order non-human intelligence that direct the movement of these phenomena,” he said.
The former admiral did not provide evidence publicly supporting the claims, but his remarks add to growing debate in the United States over unexplained aerial sightings and government investigations into UAP activity.
US authorities have in recent years increased official reviews of military encounters involving unidentified flying objects.
