In a nearly three-hour appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, US Vice President JD Vance claimed he is the target of an Israeli government-funded influence campaign over his Iran peace push, alleged that Jeffrey Epstein had connections to “the highest levels” of both American and Israeli intelligence, and admitted the Trump administration “absolutely screwed up” its handling of the Epstein files, according to the Daily Mail.

JD Vance used Joe Rogan’s podcast to drop some of the most explosive allegations ever made by a sitting American vice president — and he was just getting started.
In a nearly three-hour sit-down, Vance claimed that American influencers are being paid through a former Trump campaign operative, bankrolled by elements of the Israeli government, to attack his push for an Iran peace deal. Citing a Time magazine report as evidence, he had a blunt message for those taking the money: “My response to that is, well, go to hell.”
Vance also alleged that “figures” inside the Israeli government are manipulating American public opinion to keep the Iran war going “indefinitely,” and declared that Israel is losing the public opinion battle in America — a remarkable statement from a sitting vice president.
Then came Epstein. Vance said the disgraced financier “clearly had connections to the highest levels of American intelligence” and “Israeli intelligence.” When Rogan suggested most people believe Epstein was working for Mossad, Vance did not dispute it, suggesting it could be “Mossad or CIA or some other deep state, whether in America or Israel or another country or both.” He added: “I will go to my deathbed believing there’s a story there.”
On the administration’s botched handling of the Epstein files, Vance was unusually candid, pinning much of the blame on Attorney General Pam Bondi and conceding the White House “absolutely screwed up.” He suggested Epstein’s leverage over powerful men may have come through crafting shady tax schemes rather than purely through sexual blackmail.
