A new twist has emerged in the Nancy Guthrie disappearance after TMZ received a fresh anonymous note claiming the sender knows the identities of two alleged kidnappers.
According to TMZ, the mystery sender says they hold video evidence showing at least one suspect alongside Guthrie but will only hand it over in exchange for one bitcoin. The latest message follows an earlier ransom note that prompted the outlet to alert federal authorities.
TMZ founder Harvey Levin confirmed the organisation remains in full cooperation with the FBI, which is actively working to trace the source of the emails. Reporter Chanley Painter added that while there is currently no direct line of communication with the sender, investigators believe they are making progress and may be closing in on identifying the person responsible.
