Epstein: Justice Department releases FBI files containing sexual allegations against Trump

The U.S. Justice Department has released FBI documents detailing unproven sexual assault allegations against President Donald Trump linked to Jeffrey Epstein, prompting political scrutiny and a firm denial from the White House.

The U.S. Justice Department has released FBI interview summaries involving a woman who alleged that President Donald Trump sexually assaulted her when she was a teenager after she was introduced to him by financier Jeffrey Epstein. The documents, known as FBI 302s, detail interviews conducted between August and October 2019.

According to the interview summaries, the woman alleged that Trump assaulted her during an encounter arranged by Epstein. The files do not include corroborating evidence, and Trump has not been charged with any crime connected to the allegations. There is also no evidence linking him to Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation.

The White House dismissed the claims. Press secretary Karoline Leavitt described them as “completely baseless accusations, backed by zero credible evidence.” Meanwhile, Democratic lawmakers are investigating whether the Justice Department improperly withheld some Epstein-related records during earlier disclosures.
